Training

In the FDC training, frontline family workers learn and practice the skills that are necessary to provide strength-based family support.


FDC courses are offered to frontline family workers primarily from Abbott district early childhood programs and Head Start centers. Family development staff members work with families across the life span. In New Jersey, family workers connect primarily with parents of young children enrolled in early childhood programs.
