4th Annual Challenging Racial Disparities Conference: A Call to Action

ID: 8226

Let's further the national conversation on race together. Designed with the practitioner in mind, this conference will provide social workers and allied professionals with a dynamic learning opportunity on the topic of racial disparities. Through expert presentations and interactive discussions, attendees will gain new skills to address issues of race in their practice with clients, organizations, and communities. Lunch is included.

This year's keynote speaker is Dr. Robin DiAngelo, author of the bestseller White Fragility: Why it’s so Hard for White People to Talk about Racism. Dr. DiAngelo takes an unflinching look at white privilege and what it takes to adopt an anti-racist approach.
