In the U.S. today, over 75% of adults with I/DD live with their families: this means there are nearly one million households in which an adult with I/DD is living with a caregiver/caregivers over the age of 60. While we will look at generalities of age-related changes in people with IDD, particular attention will be paid in this webinar to the cumulative impact of a shared aging trajectory between many adults with I/DD, their family members, and the workforce of paid caregivers.*Previous title: Growing Old Together: Aging and Family Caregiving
