End-of-Life Issues

Professionals working with clients at the end of their life are dealing with a powerful and complex process. This workshop will address the topic of "What is dying well?" (physically, emotionally and spiritually) and the religious and cultural differences that play a role in this. Other topics include how to empower caregivers in the end-of-life situation, advocacy for the client, grieving rituals, and how to help clients with the planning of the funeral.
