Relationship Connections and the Role You Have in Strengthening Them

This interactive workshop focuses on ways that people can strategically connect with others to enhance the quality and depth of their relationships. Participants will learn how to develop a greater awareness of their own efforts to connect with others, strategies for strengthening relationship connections, and how to apply this in the therapeutic setting. Through the lens of Bowen Family Systems Theory, participants will recognize the importance of self-definition, curiosity, and reciprocity when meaningfully connecting with others.
