It is OK to Say No!

Attendees will learn the value of this powerful two-letter word. Saying “No” sets boundaries and promotes personal accountability and responsibility. Whether your clients are working on managing themselves in their marriages, as parents, or in their professional roles, saying “No” can be challenging and feel uncomfortable. And yet, saying “No” might also be the responsible response. This session will provide strategies for skillfully delivering the “No” message with kindness and respect; understanding how saying “No” can facilitate increased productivity, satisfaction, and skill development; how to discern when saying “No” is more helpful than saying “Yes”; and recognizing the gift to you and others when saying “No.”
