Generating Ease in Troubled Times: Lessons from Neuroscience

During this pandemic, all of us are facing challenges and stressors we never imagined we would experience in our lifetime. We need simple, quick “hacks” to regulate our stress response and bring us to a calmer place. This webinar will provide just that: a review of breakthroughs in neuroscience that give us tools to rewire and regulate our body-brain (and those of our clients) for reduced stress, greater well-being and improved relationships. Participants will be given the opportunity to practice empirically validated techniques that activate brain states of calm, relaxation, compassion and gratitude.
