This webinar is designed to highlight some of the current ethical issues in Victimology, including the continuing gender divide in types of victims and the types of crimes committed and how this impacts legal cases. In addition, the course will cover Victim Impact Statements (VIS) and some of the gender differences in the impact on the criminal justice system and victims. Case study examples will be used.
