The Role of Leadership and Change

ID: 4192WEB

This 3-hour webinar is designed to review and reinforce the principle of, “Leadership is an ACTION, not a position”. Participants will be exposed to key leadership behaviors and concepts that will guide and support organizational change. Leaders must be equipped to assist their teams in navigating the organizational “Whitewater”. In order to do this, leaders and teams must first recognize the behaviors that will support Adaptive Leadership behaviors and increase collaboration. Additionally, this workshop will differentiate the behaviors of leadership and managing. By practicing and modeling leadership traits and behaviors, leaders will be able to foster support, empathy and care to those whom they are leading. This webinar will emphasize the value and importance that Leadership is not about pushing others to move. Rather, effective LEADERSHIP is about guiding and supporting others through the process of moving together.
