Community Practice During the Covid-19 Pandemic

ID: 4193WEB

Since March 2020, over 550,000 people have died from the coronavirus in the United States. Some community organizations have struggled to meet the needs of residents. By contrast, others found a way to support clients affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. Drawing on Empowerment Theory, this workshop focuses on how community organizations, agencies, and helping professionals can work collaboratively to meet the needs of children and families affected by the virus.
